Tina Flyger commenced as the Head of People and Culture in 2024. With a belief that people are the cornerstone of any organisation, Tina brings over 15 years of invaluable human resources experience to the table. Tina’s collaborative approach involves partnering with executives, managers, and teams to collectively develop, design, and deliver strategy.
Tina is not only a seasoned People & Culture leader but also a relatable, dynamic, and approachable professional with a wealth of experience in both schools and industry. Her expertise plays a pivotal role in nurturing our staff and students, enhancing collaboration, and driving our College towards a bright future.
