Our process is that any student withdrawing—regardless of year level—will need to submit a new application and begin the enrolment process again if they wish to return in the future. This ensures we have up‑to‑date information and allows us to follow our standard enrolment procedures.
However, we do give returning families priority placement on our waitlist. While we can’t guarantee a place, prioritising them helps us support continuity for families who already have a connection with our community.
We are also in the process of implementing an approach for families with special circumstances—such as returning staff members or ADF families. If they return within 24 months of departing, they will still be required to pay the application fee; however, we will waive the enrolment fee once a place becomes available for them again.
