I’m with Christ’s College in Christchurch. I arranged our 175th celebrations last year and would be very happy to talk through the planning, costs, dramas, and everything in between.

We held several events over the weekend: on Thursday we opened our Museum and hosted an international drinks function for guests who had travelled from overseas. On Friday we held our AGM followed by a cocktail party for around 800 guests — including giving away a pair of donated diamond earrings for one lucky lady, as it was Valentine’s Night! On Saturday we had a large sit-down dinner for 800, and on Sunday we finished with a car rally and Chapel service.
