Sounds like you already have some really amazing ideas! We have a couple of things that we do:

– Business Network – we have a business network that meet once per term which is open to parents, past parents, staff, alumni and broader community. We just have a coffee catch up and guests’ network with one another. Easy, low-cost high engagement.

– Opening Night Celebration Events – we host these for our larger performances like Dance Showcase, Musical etc. It’s just a pre-show gathering we provide some light refreshments and then take them down to see the show.

-We also engage past staff at our Alumni Reunions

– Lastly whenever we have a new building opening, we invite past staff and parents along where we can.
