I am at a similar-sized school and am the only person in Marketing. My printer does the graphic design. I now use an editor to help with checking the submitted articles, which helps a lot.

So the HOLAs and HOYs write their article, I then check it, send the Word doc to the editor, who does their first check. The copy then goes to the designer. The editor then also checks the pdf proof.

It is a big job.
