We require both parents to sign our Contract of Enrolment form unless we have legal evidence otherwise. In the case where one parent states they have no contact with the other parent, we require them to sign a Statutory Declaration confirming they have no contact with Parent 2 or don’t know anyone else who may know of their whereabouts. Depending on the situation, we may also ask them to include various clauses to cover our concerns, which may include that they accept full responsibility of school fees.
