We have a Media Consent and a Biometric Policy to cover our use of Pixevety at our School and our Boarding House entry system. We only rolled it out this year and have had mixed buy-in. The Media Consent covers all the usual photos/video/audio recordings of the student, with permission to use for marketing purposes. The biometric policy (and consent) is about permission to create a biometric template of the child (created by uploading a single photo into Pixevety) and ongoing use within Pixevety to identify the child in any other photos.
