If parents are accessing this sharepoint info on their phones, you may find the problem is with a shortened link, like a Bitly link for example, being blocked.

We use sharepoint and it seems to work okay for sharing docs, but I did have a parent that said they couldn’t access the Bitly shortened link, but the sharepoint link worked fine.
