Not sure if this helps. But, we recently migrated some internal comms off our website to our intranet, and essentially needed something that could host the files. Our solution was to use Issuu to communicate PDF files such as Term Date documents, Handbooks etc…

Normally, we use Issuu to host all our publications and digital admissions collateral, so to avoid cluttering it with internal comms we upgraded to the unlimited subscription which allows us to store these documents unlisted and only accessible via link. Happy to chat more if it helps.
