Good Morning!

We have just under 700 students in a Catholic R-12 context. For Communications & Marketing, it is presently:

1 x 0.9FTE Communications Coordinator (me, myself and I LOL)

There is also a teaching POR who assists with content creation for socials, and an external agency we partner with for some of our larger marketing campaigns. A Marketing & Engagement role has been proposed for 2026, however I’m not sure how close that is to becoming a reality. Additional staff in this space has been on the wishlist for a few years now…!

More broadly, the Advancement team also includes:

1.0 Enrolments Registrar
1.0 Principal’s Assistant (key engagement liaison with parents/alumni)
0.8 Leadership Team Assistant (event/catering support).
