Hi Stephen – we have a very similar process to Georgia – we implemented Pixevety just over a year ago, migrating from something like you have on Sharepoint. We have limited the number of staff members who can upload directly to Pixevety, to the MarComms Team – other staff members can view and download. Photos that are taken by educators or other staff members are sent to us via a dedicated mobile device that is only used for this purpose, or via email or One Drive.
