We use GeoSnapShot (another platform) and anticipated this.

Our Marketing/Comms team and IT have full access to the platform/school account with certain staff only being allowed to add photos. Yes, they also do not use correct naming conventions or tags but because we know who uploads photos, we (in Marcoms) go in afterwards and tag/name correctly. This won’t work for everyone but has done so for us for the last year.

The other alternative is for staff to keep adding their photos to the SharePoint folders we still have, and then we upload them to Geo correctly, tags and all.
