During term time our reception is open 8am – 5pm. The position is job shared with one lady working Monday and Friday (she is term time only), the other Tuesday to Thursday (term time and school holidays).

The reception is open in the school holidays if the receptionist does not take annual leave. If she does, the reception remains closed with a sign on the door directing visitors to sign in at the Business Office. The phones are manned by various members of the staff, not on annual leave and a roster is drawn up to share the load. They are able to do this from their office. The reception hours during the school holidays are changed to 8.30am – 4.30pm.
