I’m very interested in following this thread as our P&F Association has been struggling for a while with volunteer commitment, purpose and I suppose relevance in our current society. I was the P&F Liaison Officer for many years and have now moved into a community events role running many of their events, but need to think of ways to change or re-invigorate the Association. The disbursement of funds would also need a lot of thought. Thank you Amy for your insight and if possible please may I call you and discuss? Kelly, your points are great too – thanks.
