Thanks Cathy – that’s a really interesting idea – and a great open rate! We also post daily on our socials, as well as post News notifications on our Schoolbox platform, so we’re trying to determine if we’re simply over-communicating with our parent body – if they’re experiencing information overload. I guess we’re just trying to find the right balance in a world where everyone is receiving so much content.
