We do not require a witness to sign our enrolment contract with the parents.
At the start of this year we started using Digistorm (Funnel) for our Enrolment Agreements. An email is sent to the Primary Parent/Guardian and they sign the form electronically with an IP Address signature. Once the first parent has paid the enrolment fee and signed, an email is sent to the second Parent/Guardian to also sign, with an IP Address stamp. This has been working very well and efficiently.
