Hi Beatrice, We have an MOU which is part of our Partnership Program. It is not necessarily legally binding – more of a handshake – but it outlines the parameters of the agreement and I find it very helpful. I keep it simple – one A4 page only. Any details that may not be in it specifically (e.g. things that can be subject to change) but are relevant, can be added in the email that is sent with the signed document. Annie
