NZ Chapter Summit – Travel Grant Acceptance Form

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Applicants must be financial members of Educate Plus.
• Applicants must have genuine intent to attend the event associated with the Travel Grant.
• Educate Plus Travel Grants are non-transferable.
• Applicants must complete and submit an online application form.
• Application must be approved by applicant’s manager or institution head.
• Grants will be deposited into a bank account to be advised by applicant’s employer
• Applicants agree to their name being mentioned in social media and event communications
• Grant recipients must complete and submit a Travel Grant Acceptance Agreement
• Applicants will be required to submit a 200-500 word report within one week of the event concluding
