Currently Director of Advancement at The Women’s College within The University of Queensland, one of Brisbane’s leading university residential colleges since 1914. A member of the Senior Leadership Team since 2019, leading strong and innovative stakeholder engagement initiatives with results gained in on-line annual giving appeals, major gifts, capital campaigns, bequests, donor relations and stewardship. Responsible for fundraising efforts which have surged by more than 200% from 2019 to 2023. This has resulted in one in four residents being funded by philanthropy through bursaries, scholarships and academic prizes.
Experienced Advancement Senior Executive working within the tertiary education sector. Susan was awarded a Fellow of Educate Plus in 2024.
