Julie is an Events Manager at Redlands, passionate about creating purposeful, high-quality events that bring people together, strengthen community and deliver meaningful organisational value.
Julie’s role combines strategic event leadership with hands-on planning and delivery, working across community engagement, philanthropy, sponsorship, risk management and operations. I manage complex events with significant reputational, financial and community considerations, with a strong focus on stakeholder experience and alignment with broader organisational priorities.
She particularly enjoy the combination of creativity, relationship-building and strategic thinking that comes with events. Whether developing an event concept, collaborating across teams, building partnerships or refining event processes, my focus is on creating experiences that are memorable, purposeful and sustainable.
Julie is particularly interested in strategic event design, sponsorship and partnerships, community engagement and the role events can play as powerful platforms for connection and philanthropy. My approach is increasingly focused on looking beyond successful event delivery to consider the bigger picture: why an event matters, who it connects, what value it creates and how it can contribute to longer-term organisational goals.
