With more than 12 years’ experience in the for-purpose sector, Eliza brings a strong blend of strategic insight, relationships expertise and sector knowledge. Her work spans education, healthcare and environmental, with a focus on philanthropic strategy, major gift development and campaign delivery. Prior to joining DGB, she held advancement roles across leading institutions, building high-performing programs in philanthropy and engagement.
Eliza began her career in secondary education, where she developed a deep appreciation for communication, connection and the power of community to transform lives. She later gained experience in industry, strengthening her commercial acumen and shaping her pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach.
