Announcing the Educate Plus #Mentee of the Month, Jacinta Sirr-Williams (St Mary's Anglican Girls' School). Thanks to Jacinta for her top tips and sharing her experience of working with her long distance mentor - Sharon Roux (St Peter's School, Cambridge, New Zealand)

My top tips for being a good mentee is come armed with a list of questions and items to discuss, make sure you listen and take notes and be sure to take ownership of the relationship by being proactive about booking in future meeting dates.

I really encourage all Educate Plus members to sign up to the mentoring program. You won’t regret it and we have outstanding people in our sector to connect with!
