About Newington
Founded in 1863 by the Uniting Church, Newington College is an ELC to Year 12 school in Sydney’s humming inner west and the north shore. This year, the College has begun our exciting move to co-education, welcoming girls into Kindergarten and Year 5. The College has more than two thousand students across five vibrant campuses and is a member of the AAGPS of NSW.

About the Role
The College is seeking to appoint a Development Manager to play a critical role in developing strong relationships with current and prospective donors to secure major and regular gifts which support the delivery of the College’s student scholarship program, improvements to the College’s learning environments, and developing avenues for financial support for students experiencing hardship. The successful Development Manager will be effective and impactful when distributing workflow between one-on-one scholarships, execution of appeals and Fundraising campaigns and generally contributing to the diverse, vibrant and inclusive Newington community.
