About the role
Reporting directly to the Principal and working as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Marketing and Community Engagement provides strategic leadership across:
- Marketing, communications and brand strategy
- Enrolments and admissions
- Community, stakeholder and alumni engagement
- Public relations and media liaison
The role leads a specialist team and works closely with College leaders to ensure Faith’s purpose, culture and impact are clearly and compellingly communicated to current and prospective families, alumni and the wider community.
This position plays a critical role in supporting sustainable enrolment growth, strengthening the College’s reputation and fostering meaningful community connection.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a strategic, creative and relational leader with experience in marketing, communications, engagement or a related field. You bring strong people leadership skills, the ability to translate strategy into action, and a genuine alignment with the Christian ethos of a faith-based school.
We strongly encourage applications from candidates who have management or leadership experience even if they may not consider themselves at a senior level yet.

Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing staff or teams.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Ability to work strategically in a complex, evolving environment.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, the Christian faith and values of a Christian school.
- Eligibility to obtain a current Queensland Blue Card.
- Experience in education, enrolments, or community engagement roles is advantageous but not essential.
