Founded in 1896, Mount Lilydale Mercy College is a Catholic, co-educational secondary College located in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs. With over 1,500 students, MLMC is a vibrant and inclusive learning community guided by Gospel values and the traditions of the Sisters of Mercy.
The College is entering an exciting new phase of growth and development, with new opportunities emerging through a restructure of our Advancement and Community Engagement functions.
As a result we are seeking a warm, highly organised and relationship-focused Enrolment Officer to join our Enrolment and Advancement team and help shape the experience of families joining our College community.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for many prospective families, Enrolment Officers plays a key role in guiding families through the enrolment journey and promoting the College as a welcoming and thriving learning community.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing enrolment enquiries, applications and offers
– Coordinating tours, interviews and orientation activities
– Maintaining accurate enrolment records and data
– Supporting scholarship and bursary administration
– Building relationships with prospective families and feeder schools
– Assisting with Open Days and community events
About You:
You will demonstrate:
– Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
– Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
– Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
– Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems (ideally Enrol HQ)
– A warm, professional and highly organised approach
