ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Enrolments Manager to lead enrolment growth and deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families to commence 20 July (or by negotiation).
This is a full-time senior role responsible for managing the full enrolment journey – from initial enquiry through to commencement – ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. As a key ambassador for the school, you will shape first impressions, build meaningful relationships, and drive conversion through a highly personalised, data-informed approach.
Working in close partnership with the Marketing and Communications function, you will oversee enrolment strategy, pipeline performance and forecasting, contributing directly to the School’s sustainable growth.

ABOUT YOU

YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in enrolments, admissions, sales or client relationship management
- Proven ability to manage and convert a pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data literacy and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Commercial acumen with a focus on results
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a school or similar environment will be highly regarded.
