Established in 1879, St Aloysius’ College is a Catholic, Jesuit day school for boys from Year 3 to Year 12. Situated in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it has an enrolment of over 1300 students. The College is conducted by the Society of Jesus and is part of a worldwide network of Jesuit primary and secondary schools and universities.
About the Role: Enrolment Coordinator
St Aloysius’ College is seeking to appoint a professional, highly organised and personable Enrolment Coordinator to support the Head of Enrolments across all aspects of the College enrolment processes and related activities.
Working within the Enrolments team and reporting to the Head of Enrolments, the Enrolment Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective families. This role requires a proactive individual who brings a positive energy and approach contributing to the effective promotion of the College and its mission and values.
The successful candidate will support the enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to orientation, maintaining accurate student and family records, coordinating enrolment events and school tours and assist with communications and engagement initiatives. The preferred candidate will have a sound understanding of school operations and demonstrate alignment with the ethos of a Catholic independent school.
This is a part-time (0.8FTE), ongoing position and presents an excellent opportunity for an individual to make a meaningful contribution across the wider College community. The College offers flexibility for the successful candidate to work across four days or reduced hours across five days.

- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining databases, student records, reports, and enrolment documentation;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the College community and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information;
- Strong proficiency in systems and technology, including Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Synergetic and Enrol HQ considered advantageous;
- Flexibility and professionalism in supporting College events, tours, and occasional after-hours enrolment activities;
- Possess a valid Working with Children Check.
