This is a rare opportunity to join Terrace’s Advancement team and play a pivotal role in advancing the philanthropic goals of the College by working with the Dean of Advancement to help develop and execute the College’s philanthropic strategy that fosters a culture of giving, stewardship and community connection.
You will enjoy working with our professional, welcoming Advancement Team, College leaders and staff, the Foundation Board and broader Terrace community including Old Boys.
ABOUT US
St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition for young men in Years 5 to 12, with an enrolment of approximately 1900 students and 240 staff. Established in 1875 by the Christian Brothers, our College proudly celebrates a 150-year tradition of excellence as one of Queensland’s nine Great Public Schools (GPS). We have a commitment to the formation of ‘Gentlemen of Terrace’ to be young men of faith and learning who will make a difference through knowledge, humility and wisdom.
ABOUT YOU
– Experienced in developing and delivering philanthropic programs
– Possess a good understanding of best practice in philanthropic sectors
– Able to cultivate and steward relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
– Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills
– Have a commitment to the mission and ethos of EREA, and St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace
