At my school these are taken professionally split over two days – one for Sports and one for Arts/Cultural. Sports photos are taken in their teams e.g. Netball Jnr A, Jnr B etc. Arts and Cultural photos encompass a range of things from Arts Academies and Bands to Pasifika, Duke of Ed, Christian Club, Relay for Life, and Fibre Arts Club etc. Our photographer has an online portal where parents/staff/students can order directly with them then the orders get dropped off to me to distribute. The photos are all put in the school year book along with their names.
