Completely agree with all of this!
We currently have a Sony A6400 but will be upgrading to the A7iii this week.
Our allrounder lens that we use is the Sigma 24-70mm which is great for classroom shots, upclose and tight small groups, but we are now getting an additional Sony 70-200mm lens to get the bigger events where we can’t be super close.
We have to fully trained photographers in our team (who also do other things) but this has made the quality and quantity of the photos we produce a much higher standard.
