Anything you get will have a learning curve, but to do everything you mention and probably have some video capabilities I would recommend a Sony A7iii or A7iv mirrorless camera depending on budget, and an all-rounder lens. I use a Sony 24-105mm G lens (which is admittedly a bit big). If bought new, this would cost around $3000-4500 depending on models and sale pricing you can find. As soon as you get cheaper than this you begin to lose capabilities that compromise some of the things you want to do with it such as sport.
