We also use Funnel and TASS and are currently exploring how we can move to purely digital records for student applications and interviews. There are considerations though as certain members of exec and learning support may prefer printed files and may not have access to Funnel.
Currently we print all documents submitted with the enrolment applications and use a PDF form that the interviewer completes and then uploads to Funnel.

Our main concern at the moment is the secure storage of files as Funnel does not have a way for parents to securely upload documents (I discussed this with them at the NSW/ACT Summit and they are exploring this)
