I have used Funnel for 5 years. A great platform and I particularly love the automations and bookings slot for interviews. Some limitations with reporting visually and you also can’t send an SMS to families which is frustrating as we need to use SMSglobal and then copy the message in the comms log. There is also no reporting to see who registered for an event but did not attend. New forms and changes do come at a cost.
I have not used Enquiry Tracker however the online video makes this option look appealing to me.

SMS option – when will this be available – a long way off for Funnel sadly
