We rung 6 schools but one Central Administration office.
We have Reception hours 8am-4:30pm (but do s split shift – job share arrangement with 2 staff)
Shift One: 7:30am-12:15pm (to check messages/open up)
Shift Two: 12pm – 4:45pm (so there is a hand over/pack up)
During school holidays we are open 9am-4pm.
At each of our schools their school offices are open 8:15am-4pm.
They are not open during school holidays as all quires get managed by Central Admin.
Just a different model for you to look at.
