Thanks for dropping in. With the exception of the no-alcohol policy, it sounds like things unfolded very similarly to here. It’s very early days, but we’ll likely end up somewhere in the middle – PAYG for offsite events, and a (very) nominal collection to help maintain an on-campus presence. Some things that have been bandied about so far include pigeonhole treats, a club-sponsored fruit bowl in the staffroom, and a soup lunch during Winter PD Week (this one is actually already locked in for next month). Think I might float the idea of a raffle, too – great idea. Thanks for sharing! :)
