Hi Danielle – My advice would be to keep it simple, knowing how busy we all are. My team took on staff social stuff as part of our community engagement activities. Our first ‘event’ was just a night at the pub and everyone paid for themselves. We had a great turnout and it was a fun night. We are looking at having a BYO paint and Sip event in the art department next term, run by our amazing art coordinator. I didn’t want to run another committee so just ‘consulted’ with staff on what they might like to do. Good luck!
