Wow Georgia, you have a LOT on your plate! Which makes me wonder why your title is Coordinator rather than Manager…
My school is bigger and has a bigger team with event organisation falling under different roles. For example, Admissions organises tours, graduation is organised by Senior School Executive alongside the Events team, alumni functions fall under the Head of Alumni etc. We have a small Events team in charge of internal events for students and parents (everything from assemblies to parent presentations and special events). Events does not sit under Marketing but with the AV team.
