Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School recognises staff for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40+ years service at a function held at the beginning of the school year, hosted by the School Council and all staff are invited to this cocktail-style party held a few days before the School year officially begins. 15 years service receives a framed certificate plus a bottle of sparkling wine, and from the beginning of 2024 we introduced a crystal award for 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years service. The award includes the staff members name engraved on the award. We have 3 sizes of the awards, with the 20 year award being the smallest crystal award. We keep stock of these awards at the company who engraves them for us and at the end of each year we will provide them with the details of the staff receiving their award in the January, and these are then couriered to the School.
