We were moving to Sentral and invested 2 years in updating our data entry/categories – at the time, we were still setting Funnel up and weren’t quite ready to activate any API/connection between Sentral and Funnel – I can’t remember if there was an API. I found Sentral a clunky, unhelpful system – staff training and support was really poor.
For a variety of reasons, we moved on from Sentral to Compass – which also doesn’t currently have a connection with Funnel, although Digistorm are apparently starting to talk to Compass about that. We currently use an Import function to extract data from Funnel and import into SAS (one of our SIS) – SAS and Compass do have a sync function. We still have to check/update some data once it’s in SAS. A bit of a performance and not one I can recommend.
