We’ve tried having the footer and header as image files and as text options, as well as in a table format. We end up having issues no matter which way we create it.
Way back when I was a PR Consultant, one of my clients had a really great template that you could not mess with it in anyway – it was impossible to move or edit the brand elements and was easy to use. I wish I knew how they had done it!
