You might like to use Automations to set up a series of emails to go out to parents. We use this for post Tour follow up. We send useful information regarding the year they are interested in – tailor the emails to whatever you would like.
We also send various emails to targeted groups if there are any events coming up that we can invite them to, our if we want to promote certain year groups etc.
