We are going through the same exercise. I’ve been using Mailchimp initially as our database but we’re now at the point we want to do more and invest in it. I met with two last week- one a developer using CiviCRM and the other Potentiality. Potentiality syncs with Kamar so you don’t have to touch the data and integrates with Mailchimp to get insights. I hadn’t heard of Toucan Tech before tho – will have to have a look.
