We host both milestone reunions and I’ve only recently introduced an Alumni Week. It was our second year this year. Our reunions still get 30-40 guests (some closer cohorts will get 60-70) so for us it’s still worth it to host reunions as I’ve seen some of those guests then engage with our other events. But I keep the reunions easy to manage with all the same format and venue (off-site). This way I can still manage to have other events and activities with the resources I have. I do have champions from time to time but their job is really to help spread the word. I find reunions as a great way to re-connect with those who haven’t been engaged in a while so for me they still hold value. Depends on the cohorts though!
