Hi Zareena. St Catherine’s School in Toorak, Victoria have changed their format to a ‘weekend style’ reunion and they seem to be happy with their success. Perhaps reach out to Meredith Taylor at St Cath’s who may be able to give you some recommendations. Our school is quite old, so our history of an alumnae association is cemented deep. It’s still challenging to keep alums engaged with the school though. Sometimes I find that bringing alumni individually back to school to speak at assemblies or other school events and initiatives is often very engaging for them especially, but also if you use these as a way to promote the activity to engage their peers.
