Hey Shannon, I’ve just done this – sharing the assets on Canva. I would suggest that first up you get a School/Education Premium account. From there, become the admin/owner with a generic email like marketing@ or IT@ to claim the business. From there, depending on how you build the templates (either using one of these generic accounts or if its a personalised school address e.g. shannon@) then you will need to share the templates with the generic address and potentially make your personal school address an administrator.
From there – invite your teachers/admin to the school Canva. Then sharing the folders and templates should be really easy because you’ve set it up with visible access. I personally have two copies of assets e.g. one publicly shared to staff and then a back up which only Canva admin have. It’s pretty hard to delete a template if you aren’t an admin but you never know.
