Hi Cathy,
As Comms Coord, I am the lead admin of our website and do about 85% of the heavy lifting on our publications / outward-facing reports (the exception being financial documents, and two publications – school diary and yearbook – which I work on in partnership with designers based at our printers). Socials are currently shared between myself and a member of leadership who is in and out of day-to-day activities as part of their main duties far more than I am available; though I remain the main photographer at larger assemblies and such. So far this year I have been responsible for 60-70% of our marketing collateral; whilst outsourcing larger campaigns/website fixes etc. I’ve previously been the primary go-to for event promotion (i.e. Trybooking) and things like surveys and class lists, though now we have a Leadership Team Assistant (new for 2024), and a separate PA and Registrar (it was a combined position until late 2022), we’ve been sharing/redelegating that load as and when needed. There initially had been talks to split my role into dedicated ‘Publications’ and ‘MarComms’ positions, but we ended up with the current configuration for this year, instead.
