Hi Cathy (and everyone),

Great topic! Our school profile parallels much of the above: single-sex, mid-fee, >700 students. In the context of an Advancement team, we have:
– Registrar (F/T)
– Enrolments Officer (P/T)
– Principal’s Assistant (F/T)
– Communications Coordinator (0.9 FTE)
– Leadership Team Assistant (P/T)

Additionally, there are 1-2 members of leadership who get directly involved in things, and we outsource the management of some of our larger events/marketing on an ad-hoc basis. We’re somewhat at the juncture of navigating out of the ‘but we’re a small school/we’ve never needed this before’ mindset, so this thread may prove useful the next time we assess the need for definitive MarComms/Engagement personnel.
