For us, the MArketing Offie controls the relationship with the official school photographers who take the bulk ID photos on ‘school photo day’
Once the ID photos return, our IT Dept upload them
ID photos that are needed beyond that (eg new students etc) are taken by admin staff in the relevant department (High school, Primary school)
