Hi Jenny. I have used Razors Edge in my previous role, and there we were a test organisation for their new platform Razors Edge NXT. Razors Edge is a very powerful and capable platform, but is not intuitive nor user friendly. It is also not price competitive (for what I want a CRM for in my new role).
