This plan marks an important next step in our evolution as the peak body for Advancement professionals across education. It reflects who we are, where our sector is heading and the role educate+ must play to support and equip the people and institutions we serve.

Educate+ will continue to grow as the trusted hub for Advancement whilst taking a stronger role in shaping the language, standards and future direction of our profession.
Over the next four years, our work will be guided by four strategic priorities:
- Becoming the most trusted hub for professional growth, community and confidence
Members are the reason educate+ exists. Our first priority is to make it easier for every member, at every stage of their career, to access the right learning, the right people and the right practical support. - Uplifting and driving the evolution of the Advancement sector
The work our members do is increasingly central to institutional reputation, enrolment strength, community trust, philanthropy and long-term sustainability. Educate+ has an important role to play in defining and explaining this work, not only for practitioners but also for Heads, Boards, senior leaders and allied organisations.
- Expanding members’ perspectives and strengthening our international voice
Our members are working in an increasingly connected world. Ideas, challenges and opportunities do not stop at borders.This plan places greater emphasis on international perspectives, stronger global partnerships and opportunities to showcase Australasian excellence to a wider audience in our region. - Growing our ecosystem with responsible structures for the future
As educate+ expands its reach, we will continue to invest in the systems, governance, volunteer structures, digital platforms and financial discipline needed to support a strong and resilient organisation.
